4. Enter your phone number → enter your password.
5. (Optional) Toggle Remember password to keep your credentials on this device for faster sign-in next time. Use only on a personal device.
6. Tap Log in.

B) Email login

1. Tap Email Login.
2. Enter your email and password.

Forgot password? (Reset via phone)

1. Tap Forgot password.
2. Select phone reset and enter your country code + phone number.
3. Set New password and Confirm new password.
4. Tap Send to receive the verification code on your phone; enter the code.
5. Tick Privacy Agreement, then tap Reset.
6. You’ll be redirected—open Log in and sign in with your new password.

Tip: If email reset is available in your region, the steps are the same—use your registered email to receive the code.

my real, hands-on experience using the Tiranga app

• I installed from the official link, opened the app, and tapped Log in. On the Phone number tab, I picked +91, entered my number and password, and toggled Remember password since it’s my personal phone. The Log in button lit up once both fields were filled, and I was in within a second.
• To compare, I logged out and switched to Email Login. The flow was identical—email + strong password → Log in → same landing experience. No surprises here; both methods behaved consistently.
• I purposely triggered a reset to check recovery. On Forgot password, I entered my phone number, set New password and Confirm new password, hit Send, and received the OTP by SMS in a few seconds. After typing the code and agreeing to the privacy notice, Reset worked and I could sign in immediately with the new password.
• I also opened Customer Care / Self Service Center. The options I saw were: Change Login Password, Retrieve Tiranga Login ID Account, 【Tiranga login】 Official Channel, Check Tiranga Official Website, Online service, plus Progress Query to track tickets. Using “Check Tiranga Official Website” was a quick way to verify I was on the legit domain.
• After logging back in, I landed on the dashboard with tiles for Popular, Lottery, Casino, Slots, Sports, Rummy, Fishing, Original and the bottom nav (Home, Activity, Promotion, Wallet, Account). From there I could jump straight into Activity for offers and Wallet for transactions—exactly like in the screenshots.
